South America Snow Sessions and Air Travel Carbon Offsets

As part of SASS's effort to reduce a big part of the carbon footprint of a trip to South America, they’ve partnered with Native Energy to provide carbon offsets that offset the 4.5-5.5 tons of CO2 emissions generating during the two flights. For about $65, campers can offset the carbon footprint of their air travel by funding an equal amount of new, clean energy. They can be purchased during registration and are available to all clients this summer, which is sick! Kevin Hackett, at Native who used to run the legendary freeski brand Siver Cartel back in the day with Mike Nick, sent SASS this video highlighting the founding of the Greensburg Wind Farm. The Greensburg project is pretty wild, check it out HERE!
