Venture Storm Splitboard

Developed in conjunction with Silverton Mountain and tested in Colorado's rugged San Juan Mountains, the Venture Storm Splitboard craves big lines and burly terrain. It's chatter proof when bombing open steeps, but agile enough to navigate tight trees and narrow chutes without flinching. Moderate taper and a softer nose provide float for untouched powder fields, while a stiffer midsection and tail lend stability and control in unpredictable big mountain conditions. No wonder the Venture Storm splitboard took home Backcountry Magazine's Editor's Choice Award in 2009 and 2010. Its features include:

  • Reverse camber for superb pow flotation
  • Stiffer mid-section and tail for greater stability and control
  • Flat section between bindings for control in chop and on hardpack
  • Full poplar and ash core for lightweight durability
  • Bookmatched core evenly distributes wood layers for consistent flex throughout the board
  • Sustainably harvested hardwoods and 100% wind-powered operation reduce greenhouse gases for happier air
  • 35mm stance offset for increased flotation and decreased fatigue
  • Factory waxed with Purl Speed Wax, an all natural wax made with eco-friendly ingredients.
  • Made in the USA
