- Sent a coalition of partners, including Jeremy Jones, to Washington D.C. to discuss climate legislation with key Congressmen from the perspective of a snow industry that generates billions of dollars in revenue

- Brought in the support and cooperation of highly influential businesses in the outdoor industry, including The North Face, Clif, and Aspen Skiing Company

- Distributed over $150,000 to community-based organizations fighting climatechange locally
- Installed solar panels on four schools in Wyoming, Utah and Vermont to teach students about energy conservation and the benefits of renewable energy
- Prior to the Waxman-Markey vote, launched a mobilization effort (called "60 Days") to garner support for Yes votes, with a web tool making it easy to reach your own Senator http://www.60daysto.org
- Funded and launched "Coal Kills Snow", a program to mobilize our community against coal plants. http://www.coalkillssnow.org
- Launched "Hot Planet/Cool Athletes" to get pro snowboarders and skiers into the classroom with students to talk about climate change, in partnership with the Alliance for Climate Education. www.coloradoindependent.com
